Page Inventory & Publication Plan
Purpose
Track planned documentation pages and site structure before bulk content generation. Evolves in parallel with 01-product-knowledge/ so IA and KB maturity stay aligned. Seed content lives in staging/; labels follow 02-docs-system/methodology/FACTS-AND-ASSUMPTIONS.md.
